BMC Solutions, a specialist in electrostatic painting, is a CFR Metal company founded in 2021, which began operating in 2022.
The company was created to meet the need for delivering fully finished components, ready for use. With BMC Solutions, clients leave our facilities with a complete turnkey solution.
BMC’s new manufacturing unit features a cell covering approximately 1,200 m², equipped with modern technology and machinery. The surface treatment process includes the following stages:
- Pre-treatment
For parts up to 6,000 mm, with the capacity to degrease, chemically treat, and wash components. At the end of the process, the parts pass through a drying tunnel, ensuring the right conditions for the coating stage. - Electrostatic painting
With full powder recovery, completely eliminating waste. - Polymerisation
Parts leave the powder application booth and go directly into the polymerisation oven, helping to prevent contamination of the coated components.
All processes are semi-automatic and monitored in real time, ensuring consistent quality, reduced waste, and greater production efficiency.
