BMC’s new manufacturing unit includes a production cell of approximately 1,200 m², equipped with modern technology and automated systems.
Capacity for parts up to 6,000 mm, allowing for degreasing, chemical treatment, and washing. At the end of the process, the parts pass through a drying tunnel, ensuring ideal conditions for the coating stage.
The parts move directly from the application booth to the polymerisation oven, preventing any risk of contamination to the coated surface.
